  • Christ Church-The church is one of the second oldest churches in Northern India. It was built in 1857 in Neo-Gothic-style architecture and it is one of the most beautiful churches in India.

  • The Vicregal LodgeThe Viceregal Lodge in Shimla city is the most beautiful architectural building.  It is set in summer here which is a part of the estate of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study. It was built in 1888 and post-independent. It’s been called Rashtrapati Niwas and is the summer residence of the president of India. It made an important role in the India-Pakistan partition so this place has a lot of history.

  • Kalka -The Kalka-Shimla Railway was built by the British between 1898- 1903  to provide access to their summer capital of Shimla city. It takes you through the lush green mountains with the most scenic and mystic views.

Best time to visit Shimla 

The best time to plan a trip to Shimla will be from May to June. And to experience snowfall in Shimla during the winter month from November to February. Shimla Tourism thrives in all the Seasons other than the monsoons which begin in July and last till September.
